Social media and social networking are powerful tools designed to engage and ignite the user. Highly interactive, the technology is widely used to support innovative collaboration and global project work. But working online is a new arena for employees used to more traditional ways of communicating. Online etiquette, best practices for productive work and remote teamwork require new approaches to yield productive business results.

This workshop is an introduction for employees migrating to flexible work arrangements, off-site schedules and global team project work. It provides practical strategies for maintaining team standards and team cohesion.

NOTE: We provide a manager version for managers working with virtual teams and a user version for employees working on or with virtual teams.
